Shipping Delays

Hello Everyone ! We hope you're staying safe. We apologize for the packages that haven't been sent out yet. As you all know things were slowed down due to the pandemic we are currently going through. On top of that, there was a mixup with our package and it was sent to the wrong country ! We are working closely with our manufacturer to get the pins rerouted to the correct destination and are hoping to have them by the end of the month or early may. Unfortunately due to customs and the postal slowdown, this may be later than we hope but we intend to keep all our backers updated as we go through this process.
We want to thank you all for your patience during this time and we hope you are all staying healthy wherever you are.
March Update!

Hello everyone ! We were waiting to write an update until we had more information from our manufacturer. Thank you all for your patience. The remaining pins will be finished and shipped to us on march 20th, however, due to the spread of the coronavirus, shipping may be delayed. We will post another update when the pins arrive on our doorstep, and from there we expect orders will take 1-2 weeks to ship out as we prepare them for our backers.
We apologize for the delays during this time, and are doing our best to get your pins to you as quickly as we can with what little control we have over the situation. Thank you everyone again for your understanding and please stay safe !
We would also like to ensure our backers that everyone involved with your orders are taking steps to stay healthy and currently don’t have any signs of illness to worry about.
February Updates: Batch One, Pre-orders, Delays

Hello! Happy February. We've got a few updates for you!
All batch 1 orders have been shipped, including qualifying pre-orders ! Many backers have already received their packages, and a good number of backers should be expecting theirs soon ! When the rest of the pins arrive and are backed and prepped to ship, we will begin to mail out orders over a week, starting with domestic orders first and moving on to international orders afterwards.
As for pre-orders, they are still open with our limited stock. However, any pre-orders placed now will be shipped out with our second batch of orders.
Lastly, delays. The original estimate for our second shipment of pins was the end of February, but as a safety measure related to the coronavirus, our manufacturers are taking a much needed extended holiday until the 16th of February. We believe that the pins will ship to us mid-march, but this date can change depending on the situation with both the factory and postal system in regards to this outbreak. We thank you for your patience during this time, and wishing the best to the workers and people overseas !
Batch One Shipping Update + Better Pin Pictures!

Hello again! Last update of the month brings you some great news! All pins are packaged up and the prints will be arriving on Monday! By that time we'll have everything needed to ship out batch one of the orders. Batch one will consist of 87 people who meet the requirements of items we currently have! Toward the end of next week we'll be shipping out those orders! If you're in that batch your address has been LOCKED and can no longer be edited. If you did not edit your address in time and realize it's locked please contact us here or at [email protected].

End of January Update ! Pins + Prints !

Hey everyone ! We have an exciting update for you all ! We have received part of our shipment of pins ! They turned out so beautiful and we can't wait to start shipping them out! So far, we have forsaken, wisteria and wisteria hue, familiars, anarchy, and half of uriel ! Expect more close up and detailed shots very soon!
We have also gotten photo proofs of our prints and are expecting them soon ! Once the prints arrive we will begin fulfilling orders that are made up of the pins listed above. The remaining pins should be to us around the end of February /early march after the Chinese New Year holiday, and we will begin filling the rest of the orders then ! We will lock addresses for those specific orders in 1 week from today so if you know you have an order with just these pins double check your address!
With the pins arrival we also get a better look at the changes made to the anarchy pin, we think she turned out beautiful and we hope you do too !
