January Update

hello! It's January update time!
98% of surveys have been completed! We're only missing 4 surveys! If you're one of those people please fill them out asap! If you can't find your email you can recover your survey through this link.
Prints are ordered! Prints are ordered and will probably arrive by the end of the month! Will update with some pictures once we've received them.
Washi tape is here! It's here and beautiful! Even better in person but because everyone will have to wait too see them for themselves here's some pics to tide you over! Doesn't it look great? ♡ Washi art done by our lovely pokettopom!
Stickers are here! They have arrived and they look GREAT! Check them out! The stickers will come with a white back but once you peel it to stick it somewhere they're clear! and look AWESOME! These stickers are water and weather proof so you can put them wherever you want! Sticker art done by the amazing Meggles!
Last but not least we don't have any current pictures or updates with the pins as they're still in production but as soon as we get anything we'll let you know! We expect to have a pin update by the end of the month!
We have the very start of our merch pile, along with so many mailers that aren't even shown. We are hoping this grows quickly so we can deliver ahead of schedule!
December Updates

This will probably be the last update for December with the month ending so fast! We have some good news though:
94% of surveys are filled out. We're SO close to everyone having their surveys filled out and once we have the last of the stragglers we'll be able to order stickers, prints, and pay our artists for what was bought! Cards have been charged for add-ons but any declined cards need to be fixed! We will retry declined cards on Fridays to give those people time.
All pins have been ordered. That's right! We have an order in for all the pins and will be able to update you with pictures and other fun things as soon as we get them from the manufacturer next year! We're super excited to see all the lovely designs come to life. This also means that for any we will only have a limited quantity of each pin for future pre orders!
Washi tape has been ordered. We're so excited to see the washi tape and so glad so many people wanted it! We've ordered enough extra that any pre-orders or add-ons will be okay and we hope to be getting the tape in January!
Next update will be in January where we will have news on the pins and extras :)
Anarchy Pin Update

hello! So we've been talking back and forth with the factory and the pins are just about to go into production! hooray! The only pin that has major changes is Anarchy. It seems like there are hole restrictions and size limits that are different than what we intended (aka we can't have a rectangular hole) so in order to try makes the design as best as we can with these new restrictions the pin has been sized up! It is now 77mm, or 3in, tall and the earring hole placement is visible and circular. The design now treats it as gauges on her ears!
Now we understand the design change isn't minuscule and some people may not like it. With this in mind we've extended the lock order date to the 21st of December! If you do want to change your selection you may go back into your backerkit via the email confirmation sent to you and change your order. That being said we hope people still like her!
We're still waiting on about 20 surveys so if you're putting it off please fill it out!
Backerkit - One Week Left Before Pledges Lock !

Hello everyone ! We'd like to thank our backers who have filled out their surveys already ! We are still waiting on the other 20 percent though, so if you haven't already, please take the time to fill out your surveys as soon as you can ! Having the surveys sooner allows us to prepare our order through our manufacturers early which means getting your pins to you faster !
With that in mind we have one week left until we will lock orders on backerkit ! If you've already submitted your survey then make sure to add any additional items you wanted before then, you will not be able to change your order once it is locked ! However, you WILL be able to change your shipping address up until we are ready to ship !
If you have purchased additional items and used stripe during check out, you will be charged for them when we lock orders, so don't be alarmed if you see an additional charge on your bank statement ! There will be a notification sent out to your email 2 days before the charge.
Thank you everyone again, once orders are locked and we have received a majority of the responses we can finally begin production. We're so excited to show you the designs come to life !
Those who have not filled out the form by the lock-in date will still be able to complete it, however any orders already in will not be able to make additional changes aside from address.
Surveys + backerkit

Hello! This update is to let our backers know that we will be sending out surveys to those who's pledges have gone through! If your pledge has not gone through yet please update your payment information on kickstarter in order to receive your survey! Backers will receive an email from backerkit letting them know the survey is ready to be filled out. Backers may complete the survey anytime from now through the 16th of December!
Add-ons
Backerkit makes it easy to select your add ons! On the survey, backers will make selections for pins and products based on their pledge level. Afterwards they will be taken to the add-on page where any credit remaining can be used to choose extra pins or merchandise that were accounted for through customized pledges. If you realize you wanted a few more pins or any of our other upgrades don't worry! You can also add these on here! Everything will be shown on your receipt on the right side of the shop page, so double check that before checking out to make sure everything is accurate!
If you selected any of the one pin tiers, you will be asked to select your free print through your survey. However, if you added onto your pledge for additional pins, or purchase additional pins through the add-on store, you will be given all three prints for free ! These free prints will be manually added to your receipt after your survey is completed.
You will receive an email with your receipt that we would highly suggest saving for reference and in case any changes need to be made, such as updating your address.
If you have not yet received a survey it is more than likely because your pledge has not successfully processed. As soon as it's fixed and processed a survey will be sent out to you! If you believe that your pledge has gone through, but you have not received your survey, please contact us !
